Terms & Conditions – jilicr Online Gaming Platform

Welcome to jilicr. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilicr ("jilicr," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jilicr online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at jilicr.com. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) jilicr account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or bonuses held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. jilicr will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

jilicr complies with PAGCOR's Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

jilicr supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Deposits: Funds deposited into your jilicr account are available for wagering purposes only. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require completion of applicable wagering requirements. jilicr processes most GCash withdrawals within minutes, subject to verification status.
• Fees: jilicr does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jilicr bears no responsibility.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless otherwise stated.
• jilicr reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus offers – including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs, or coordinating with other players – will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on jilicr are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by those rules. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

jilicr uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all applicable games. Game outcomes are determined solely by these RNGs and are not influenced by jilicr or any third party. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published by individual game providers and are available upon request.

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jilicr will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance. jilicr's decision in all disputed game outcomes is final, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilicr platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using the platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the jilicr platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilicr staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

jilicr cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement authorities and PAGCOR in the investigation of any suspected illegal activity conducted through the platform.

8. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

jilicr's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilicr does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

For disputes that cannot be resolved through the above process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
